About Herefordshire Life magazine

Herefordshire Life celebrates a huge and glorious swathe of English and Welsh border country, as it covers Monmouthshire and Powys as well. It includes interviews with local heroes, famous and obscure; beautifully photographed features on towns and villages; and regular authoritative series on local history, crafts, books, gardens and houses. Farming and conservation are important themes in this largely rural area; but fashion, interiors, antiques and society pages are popular elements too. We also pay tribute to the many outstanding local food growers, producers and chefs, with interviews, restaurant reviews and recipes.

So many remarkable people are at work here in so many different fields, and Herefordshire Life aims to portray them using the best writers and photographers. As editor of the magazine, I hope that it provides a thoughtful and entertaining view of life in our uniquely unspoilt area.
